About DaSilva Farms

DaSilva Farms is a family farm in Falmouth, Massachusetts, run by Dan, Sandy, Devin, and Max.

The farm began in 2010, starting with eggs sold from a cooler at a local farmers market. Over time, what began as a hobby became something more meaningful. It became a way to build a livelihood, serve the local community, and create something lasting for the family.

Dan’s connection to farming goes back to his grandmother, and that influence helped shape the values behind the farm: hard work, resourcefulness, and respect for the land and animals.

As the farm grew, so did its offerings. In 2013, DaSilva Farms became the first farm in Falmouth licensed to process and sell its own farm-raised poultry. That step helped establish the farm as a local source for fresh chicken and eggs, and it remains a key part of what makes DaSilva Farms unique today.

Over the years, the farm has evolved through different seasons, locations, and products. In 2018, the family returned to their home farm on Brick Kiln Road, where they now focus primarily on egg production, poultry, seasonal heirloom tomatoes, and vegetable plants.

Everything at DaSilva Farms is built around freshness, local connection, and honest food. Whether customers are picking up eggs, reserving chicken through the CSA, shopping seasonal goods, or visiting the farm stand, the goal is the same: to offer real local food from a family farm people know and trust.
