Our Chicken CSA is designed for customers who want more than grocery store meat.

When you join the DaSilva Farms Chicken CSA, you reserve your share of fresh chicken in advance. That means priority access to our birds, bulk pricing, and chicken raised right here in Falmouth by a family farm that cares deeply about quality.

Our chicken is fresh, never frozen, and your order is ready the day after processing. All processing is done in a USDA-Inspected Facility.

    For many of our customers, this is not just about buying chicken. It is about knowing where their food comes from and feeling confident about what they are feeding their family.

  • Simple, seasonal, and reserved in advance

    Our Chicken CSA runs from June through November.

    You can reserve any available month during the season. Shares are filled on a first come, first served basis, and your spot is not held until a deposit is received.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Choose the package that fits your household

    2. Select the month or months you would like to reserve

    3. Submit your reservation with a $65 deposit

    4. Pick up your fresh chicken when it is ready

    5. Pay the remaining balance at pickup

    Because these birds are raised specifically for our customers, quantities are limited and advance reservations matter.

    Our chicken is raised for customers who value freshness, quality, and local food.

    We do not raise mass-produced supermarket chicken. These birds are part of a small farm system built around care, seasonality, and direct relationships with the community.

    Your CSA order is:

    That freshness is one of the biggest reasons customers come back year after year.

  • A few things to know

    To ensure each CSA share is filled with the freshest available product, some cuts may vary slightly based on processing and availability.

    Standard CSA shares are bulk packaged.

    Some specialty items may be available for an additional charge, including:

    • Boneless thighs

    • Innards

    • Backs

    • Vacuum sealing upgrades where applicable

  • Reserving your share

    A $65 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your CSA package.

    Your deposit holds your place in the CSA, and the remaining balance is due at pickup.

    In the event of unforeseen farm circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward the next available CSA offering.

  • Because it’s fresh, handle it like fresh food

    Your order is meant to be enjoyed at peak freshness.

    Please refrigerate and use within 3 days of pickup, or freeze promptly for later use.
